What's the process?
01 - CONTACT & PROJECT DETAILS
Complete the contact form below with accurate information and a brief overview of your project. Once submitted, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details and move forward with bringing your vision to life.
02 - BOOKING
Join us for an exclusive booking window from May 26th to 27th. We’ll contact you to schedule your session at a time that works best for you.
Please note: availability is limited, and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
04 - CONTRACT & PAYMENT
To confirm your booking, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your session.
Please note: we only accept Interac E-Transfer Payments & without both, your selected date and time will remain open and may be booked by someone else.
05 - ARRIVE TO YOUR SESSION
Please arrive glammed and ready, as your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
06 - SELECT YOUR IMAGES
You will receive an online gallery preview link to review your images and select the ones you'd like professionally edited.
07 - RECEIVE YOUR IMAGES
Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days
Please note: If you require a faster turnaround, a rush fee will apply.

I would like to work with you, how can we get started?
We'd love to chat! You can fill out the discovery form on our contact page and we will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours Once we have everything set & you decide on the services you want, we’ll send a contract and invoice. We require a non-refundable retainer on all projects so that we can book you into our production calendar.
I don’t live in or near Ottawa, can we still work together?
Absolutely! We will take care of everything from creative direction to creative team building, location scouting and beyond. As long as you have access to the internet and are able to ship us your products (if necessary), we’re good to go!
How long does it take to receive the final images?
Photography Deliverables: 7-14 business days
Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We are available for on-location shoots within Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Travel fees apply based on the destination and project requirements.
Do you provide unedited/raw files?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, our team does not release raw files. Many projects require retouching and we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality finished product possible.
