Rules before booking
• Non-essential guests are not allowed on set of your photoshoot (for studio clients). Essential guests are makeup artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, or set designers hired for your photoshoot. You must communicate with the photographer prior to your session if you will be having an essential guest present during your session. It is at the photographers digression if they will be allowed.
• Pets or children are also not allowed at your studio session if they are not being photographed.
PAYMENTS AND CONTRACTS
At the time of booking a 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required to confirm booking .
Full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.
Contract signature is required before photoshoot date if signature is not provided 2 days before photoshoot date, Booking will be canceled. (Contact Photographer regarding payment plans for packages above $500
TARDINESS
The session will be cancelled if more than 30 minutes late.
An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to make your photo session please cancel 72 hours before your photo session, you may reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographer schedule within 3 months.
If cancelation is made 24hrs before photo session a reschedule fee will be required
TRAVELING
AUDS is available to travel for an additional fee.

- Make sure outfit and makeup is ready before your photoshoot
- Have your appointment hours in advance
- Research poses on Pinterest to insure a smoother & efficient time

I would like to work with you, how can we get started?
We'd love to chat! You can fill out the discovery form on our contact page and we will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours Once we have everything set & you decide on the services you want, we’ll send a contract and invoice. We require a non-refundable retainer on all projects so that we can book you into our production calendar.
I don’t live in or near Ottawa, can we still work together?
Absolutely! We will take care of everything from creative direction to creative team building, location scouting and beyond. As long as you have access to the internet and are able to ship us your products (if necessary), we’re good to go!
How long does it take to receive the final images?
Photography Deliverables: 7-14 business days
Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We are available for on-location shoots within Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Travel fees apply based on the destination and project requirements.
Do you provide unedited/raw files?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, our team does not release raw files. Many projects require retouching and we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality finished product possible.
